   I need help..

   I'm running the Vigilance theme on my website (www.crossfitfive.com).

   I've tried everything to add a custom background... help please?

   The website will NEED to be finished within the next 3 days... So I REALLY need help with this..

   You have a background behind white do you want to change white part.

   You can upload it using background feature Click browse and find the file from you computer and upload.
   Once you uploaded you will have choice.

   I have no option like that inside the theme.

   If you using 3.0.1 then should be one in Appearance Background
   if you do not have one then seems as the theme you using does not have the function
