  • How do you mean? I just copied n pasted the content of your top post to a file….

    And here:

Podcasts are simply audio content in MP3 formats, which are syndicated online similar to the way blogs are syndicated. Podcasts often consist of interviews, conferences, radio shows, narrations, or the latest news. One of the hottest podcasting sites is IT Conversations, a site that specializes in IT-related podcasts.

    Just used CTRL-C, CTRL-V both places….

Hmmm. I can’t copy text. I wonder why you can. Thanks for letting me know you were able to do that.

Do you know how I get my menu buttons to line up in a horizontal row, rather than as a cascade?

TomJ: You already started a thread on the menues. Please stay on that thread with that question.
    It’s here http://wordpress.org/support/topic/60533

“Is there some kind of code that prevents viewers from copying and pasting the content they read?”

This has nothing to do with WordPress. Something you have on your computer is preventing copy to clipboard. It works fine for me. I assume you’ve successfully copied text on other websites and it’s just the above doesn’t work?

“this has nothing to do with WordPress.”

just an fyi, that this generally IS a problem that’s adressed here. There are more then 2 recent posts from seperate users asking about this. In all of the cases, its been an ie issue.

That said, I was able to copy text in both ff and ie, so I am going to assume the op has fixed the problem.

For future reference, it can be caused by absolute positioning of <divs> and negative margins, as well as a host of other “validation” issues.
