View Page Not Working | WordPress.org

When I click under my company’s name and “View Site” it brings me to a page and it has an “x” in the middle. It says I should be seeing my theme on this page. How can I resolve this?

FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) & delete the index.html file in your root folder.

Ok, I did that and I still can’t view the page. I also have a file called index.htm and index.php. Should I delete either one of those too?
