   Is there a mod that will let me see exactly how many people and who exactly is viewing my wordpress blog?

   Any help appreciated.

   you can install google analytics or a similar stats plugin. that should do the job

   I want something like realtime stats. I want to know who is reading at right this moment of time.

   Try http://statcounter.com/. They're pretty good. Or http://sitemeter.com/. Another good one. :-)
