   When using the Page-Link tag -- <!--nextpage--> -- does anyone know of a plugin, workaround, or parameter that offers readers a "View as Single Page" option?

   I've looked around, within and without WordPress.org, and can't find any leads.

   Finding no other alternative, Studio Hyperset just released a new plugin that accomplishes this:
