    Hi,

I recently changed a theme of my friend's blog back to the original. The template I used was Pink Tulips. All I did was reset the theme to its original form after I had hacked into it.

Shortly after resetting the theme, all the vietnamese characters in her blog displayed perfectly normal in Firefox like "Hôm nay, khi nghe được những", but came out to be "Hôm nay, khi nghe được nhữn" when viewed on IE9.

I tested it out on several different computers using IE 8 and 9 with the same results.

    So far I tried:
    changing to UTF-8
experimenting with fonts like Tahoma, Times, Georgia..

I'm not too familiar with web design with php and wordpress as most folks on this forum are but please help me resolve this cause I won't hear the end of this if it won't work for IE. The sad fact is that most of the people who visit her blog use dam IE! :[

update: I'm not sure why but i noticed a broken page icon on the right end of the IE address bar. It said something "compatibility view" and i clicked it. To my surprise, everything was fixed. What can I do to ensure that every visitor using IE sees what i see?!
