Videos showing embed code instead of video

    I recently updated to 3.3.1 and ever since I can not get the videos to embed. I have tried using the short codes and using the Viper’s Video Quicktags plugin. Both seem to work as far as converting the short code into the the embed code but then I get this. Here is what the HTML looks like here I seem to put the code between <p> tags. I can’t figure out what is going on. Here is the link to live site http://dev.brushfire-design.com/mynews15/category/videos/

    I am using this plugin on my wordpress and is working fine once you have the plugin installed all you need to do is
    [youtube]urls here [/youtube]

    That is what I have but it still shows the code instead of the actual video
