   We have also submitted this to wordpress.com support:

   WP 3.4.2
   VideoPress 1.5.4

   The VideoPress login screen is not appearing when clicking on the Upload/Insert VideoPress button when using the VideoPress plugin for self hosted blogs. If we login to wordpress.com first, then go back to the self hosted site, everything works.

   We use VideoPress on http://accesslocal.tv to host member content, Friday is our busiest day, thanks for your help!

   ive experienced this as well. also when trying to insert into post i get this error

   TypeError: Property 'send_to_editor' of object [object Window] is not a function [https://christophermccoy.wordpress.com/wp-admin/media-upload.php?type=video&tab=library&post_id=0&video_plugin=1:4]

   you can still copy and paste the shortcode.

   login is fixed, but the insert into post doesnt work still.
