VideoPress error

    I am getting a “VideoPress Error http://www.canvasdancer.com is not an allowed embed site. Publisher limits playback of video embeds.”

    I believe I have followed all instructions and have checked and rechecked. I have a self-hosted site, got the WordPress.com site, paid for the upgrade, and followed the instructions from the email. The new “video” icon is there, it is activated but still the error code. Help?!

    Hi,

    I am experiencing the exact same issue. Different self-hosted site obviously:
    “VideoPress Error http://learn.stleonards.vic.edu.au/ is not an allowed embed site. Publisher limits playback of video embeds.”

    I have not changed anything and it has been working fine, up until today? I am seeing the error on Safari (5.1.7), on an iPad3 there is just no video.

    I tried to go and add learn.stleonards.vic.edu.au to the white list of my .com account but that made no difference. http://videopress.com/2010/03/10/domain-whitelisting/

    Any assistance greatly appreciated!!

    Hi again,

    It seems we made some major internal network changes, which resulted in our server not allowing embeds.

    Apologies.

    Not sure what is happening with your install canvasdancer.
