Video/Photo Gallery Tab–Field for link info missing

    I don’t mind saying that I am a total amature with WordPress…Having said that I am not an idiot and just need to know whether to get some help fixing it or it’s just, “User Error”

    So we just had an upgrade and most of what we had seems fine but there are a few weirdo things (not to get technical :)) and one of them was that pictures and videos previously uploaded disappeared and although I can still upload video the place where I would paste a link so that it is posted where I want it is no longer there…

    I would love some help and thank you in advance! 🙂

    I would suggest checking possible plugin conflicts, deactivate any plugins you have one at a time and see if it fixes the problem. It’s possible that a plugin is not compatible with the newest version of WP, then you can troubleshoot from there or find a different plugin that is compatible.
