Video URL thumbnail image tab?

    When I click on the “video” tab within the “WordPress SEO by Yoast” box I see this:

    Video Thumbnail: URL to thumbnail image (remember it’ll be displayed as 16:9)
    Now set to “this image” based on the embed code.

    am I supposed to click on the “this image” link and copy the URL in my browser and paste it into the “Video Thumbnail” box?

    This wasn’t covered in the PDF of the Video SEO for WordPress SEO by yoast instructions.
