Video Uploader – Converter

I am looking for some sort of video plugin for my website. I tried searching the plugins but not sure which one will do what I want.

Is there a way to take a video I upload, convert it to either .flv or .wmv, and create a whole page of videos with thumbnails of videos?

I want to have a separate page on my blog for videos and I would like them to be all the same format.
