Video Thumbnails not working | WordPress.org

Hello!

I am using WordPress theme Lucid and downloaded the Video Thumbnail plugin. The theme suggests that it has thumbnails for the videos, but these are not displaying. I downloaded the video thumbnail plugin and that’s not working either. My website is http://sgatp.net

Lucid is a premium theme, so you should ask its author for support. I can only test for errors with Video Thumbnails on free themes.
