Yes, Easy Instagram does support IG video — as of version 3.0. Are you running version 3.0 of the plugin?
Also, please provide us with a URL to a page where we can see what you mean.
If you’re using the widget, you must select to open the image in Thickbox or Colorbox.

Hi thanks for the response!
I am using version 3.0.
My website is http://www.yeawomen.com the IG section starts near the bottom of the homepage. I used the short code on the page. When you select the video it does open in the colorbox, it just doesn’t show the video. It usually does play sound (although not always), but doesn’t stream the image. Thoughts?
It behaves this way the same in Chrome and Safari.
The video does show up in Firefox, but has a really choppy stream.

We tested your theme with Easy Instagram 3.0 and there do not seem to be any issues. Then, we changed our Instagram testing account to “Private” and we were unable to see our videos, just like you’re currently unable to. We looked at your Instagram account, yeawomen, and sure enough, your account is set to “Private.” Please remove the privacy setting from your account and see if that fixes it. It did for us 🙂
