Video Player not working in IE 8

Hello Friends,

I want to show video on the following URL : http://www.juriba.com/version1.1/dashworks/windows-migration/
but when i install this plugin in to wordpress and then check above url in IE8. i am not able to see the video.

So, does any one know any solution for this.
