Video in Sidebar

    Any advice appreciated. I have a video in .avi format that I want to show in the sidebar. The video is not on any other network but would be hosted in the WordPress folders. Any recommendation on a wordpress plugin / widget to enable me to embed it in the sidebar? Many thanks.
