    If it is an oEmbed URL (like youtube, vimeo, etc.), you can paste it on its own line or place it in an [embed] shortcode. Then on the front-end the video will be “auto-embedded” using the HTML sent by the video hosting site. That HTML is often an iframe.

    In WP 4.0 (current alpha) these videos will also show in the editor.
