Video gallery plugin ? Not those youtube poster or single flash players…

Could anyone suggest me a good wordpress video plugin that would be used to display my own videos in a nice way… From the video pluggins I’ve seen, it mainly concerns bloggers. I use wordpress for my whole site and it’s not just a blog. I would have a complete page for videos only and in the best world, have the possibility to let users comment them. Something like a NestGen gallery, but for videos.
