   flash fideo was crunched then message that it didn't meet security requirements. What format do I need to use?

   Could you please clarify? How did you upload video? How was the video "crunched"? What plugin, if any did you use to embed the video? Site URL?

   uploaded with video icon. chose Flash uploader / selected file
   It showed progress to 100% then message"crunching" followed by "File type does not meet security guidelines. Try again" I tried Brouse upload - nothing happened - message to try Flash uploader.
   File to upload is an .flv and less the 2M limit
