Video and Image plugin

I have looked and googled for a plugin with the ability to maintain a image gallery and a video gallery NOT external hosted, and with a player to show videos and browse images and with the ability to add and display relevant meta data for video and images.

Anyone with better luck than me, does it exist a plugin with these possibilities? Or do i have to use several plugins.
