very wierd error happening - getting a 404 error everytime i hit 'publish' (2 posts)

    Hi,

    I am getting a very wierd and frustrating error, Every time i hit the publish button, i am redirected to the 404 page of my website and the post is not published.

    Please please please someone help me how to solve this issue!!

    Have you tried:

    - deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    - switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
