Very Weird

Hello first of all i got my site up and it’s running 100% but then after few days decided to install this seo and analytic plugin after that my WordPress Admin dashboard is messed up and it looks like this.

What i did is manually deleted the plugin thru ftp still no luck, then next is deleted wp-admin wp-include and uploaded a fresh one from zip still no luck again!

Then finally i removed everything uinstalled wordpress, deleted database, and installed wordress from my host and guesss what…

Still same problem omgggg. = (

I’ve also tried this and it does fix the UI but still i cannot change theme , activate plugin, browse plugins the buttons doesn’t work.

( ‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false ); added to wp config.

My concern is this i already did a “FRESH INSTALL” with a new database and the problem still shows up…

what could be the problem? My htaccess is also brand new after a fresh install.

Please help me? Did the last plugins i installed somehow misconfigured my webhost settings ???

Because it’s supposed to work after a FRESH INSTALL, but it doesn’t.

please i really need your help thank you guys.
