Very high Queries Count

    I have been hit with a TON of sploggers overnight…they posted about 60 bogus posts and i’m wondering how that happened. I’ve used Wanguard for the past year and have been relatively problem free…

    One thing I noticed in my stats was a high Queries count…over the past 30 days I would average around 3 counts a day and 1 splogger blocked…today I had 305 queries and 22 sploggers blocked (and I reported 63)…

    What can I do to make sure I don’t get attacked again and that i’m safe from here forward? I did notice that my security question was gone and I added them back…

    Maybe you were splogged from new IPs.

    Can you tell me your website please? I will investigate your reported users.

    Hi jaredean,

    No, the email didn’t arrive. did you used our contact form?

    I looked for your reported users. All that users were chinese random IPs.

    Now, we are improving the algorithm and WangGuard plugin for stop them. But is very difficult to stop them. They change the IP (Dynamic IPs) every few seconds and they use different emails in every registration.
