Works great, and very easy to setup a child theme with. Makes designing simple and fun. My only negative is that I'd like to be able to remove the date box a bit easier.
If you're looking for something stable and adaptable, this is a great choice!

You do have a pretty easy option to remove the date box: Suffusion Options → Skinning → Date Box → Hide date box.
