   Hello,

   How do I assign tags to the categories I create? I really, really appreciate what this plug in does, but I'm just not techie enough to wade through the set up, and can't find any basic instructions.

   First you go to the page through the "Tag Groups" menu (under "Posts"). There you create your groups. (You probably mean them by "category" - this terms is usually used for something else). Later you can always rename them or add new groups.

   Then you go to the tags page through the "Tags" menu (also under "Posts") and there you should find a table with the tags and a column indicating the group. Default is "not assigned".

   There you can create new tags and directly assign a group (through the form on the left). Or you click on an existing tag in the table (Edit or Quick Edit) and choose a group from there. You should be able to see the change after saving in the "Tag Group" column.

   I think I've got it!

   On the Tag Groups Settings page, I had selected category, so no group selection box was shown on my tag page. When I switched to select "tag_post" on the settings, I was then able to select a category for each tag on the tags page.

   Whew. :)
