The free version of the form is crap. You have to pay for the decent one. WASTE OF TIME!

Why didn't you try to contact the plugin's author about this via the plugin's dedicated sub-forum? A "review" without even attempting to contact support is pretty pointless.

    Morarc,

Please could you describe why you are not glad with our plugin? Maybe you have some difficulties during installation process? We just made a step-by-step video instruction as well as PDF instruction to help new users download, install and setup our product. You can find video here: http://www.youtube.com/user/bestwebsoft

If you have any technical questions feel free to contact our Support Team (or post a new topic on our Forum): http://support.bestwebsoft.com/

You are also welcome to describe your issue here. However we do not guarantee that it will be reviewed quickly.

We are trying to improve our product and that is why your help is very important for us.

    Thanks!

In order to avoid this kind of downvotes in the future, you may want to consider being more up-front about your plugin being teaserware. Things you can try:

    • Append "Free", "Lite", "Basic" or (not recommended) "Standard" to the plugin name; this is reasonably widely understood as indication that there is a paid version with more features.
    • Include the information about the plugin being teaserware as the first line in the plugin's blurb that appears to the right of the plugin's name in WordPress' built-in plugin search results. Be sure to phrase it informatively (e.g. "This is a free version of my {plugin name} plugin") rather than impressively (e.g. "BUY PREMIUM!!!!11ELEVENTY")
