   I need to convert my vertical dropdown menu to horizontal one. Is there any plugin for this??? Please help

   No - you need to edit your theme's template files and/or CSS. Possibly via a child theme.

   I have the same problem but because I am new to WP I would need a more detailed explanation on how to display my photo gallery horizontally vs the default vertical.
