I just upgraded WordPress to version 3.5 and the Visual tab in the post module is "visible" but deactivated. Clicking on it does me no good. I can ONLY edit in the text/HTML side. The "Disable the visual editor when writing" option is not checked under my profile. When I do check it both tabs disappear.
