WP Tuner causes a strange failure in Version 3.2.1 - WordPress tries to re-install and reports that the correct version of MySQL is not available.
Just downloading the plugin causes this problem - you do not have to activate it!

Forgot to say: Solution is to access plugins directory and delete wptuner folder.
