Version 2.0 breaks theme sidebar locations

    Installed 2.0 and it immediately broke my theme by forcing both sidebars to the right of the webpage. Reverted bak to 1.9.2 and the theme returned to normal.

    The parts of Jetpack I am using are:

    Notifications
    WordPress.com Stats
    VaultPress
    Contact Form
    WP.me Shortlinks
    Shortcode Embeds
    Extra Sidebar Widgets
    Mobile Push Notifications
    Enhanced Distribution

    I don’t understand why this would happen as I am not using, as far as I can see, anything that would mess up the entire theme?

    Maybe something in the CSS from Jetpack isn’t right?

    Any thoughts would be welcome!
