I have created a Google+ page and want to link it to my website. I have the following instructions from Google:
Ask your site's webmaster to add the following line of code to your site's homepage: (and it gives me a code)
I am using Arclite theme and am not sure where to add this code. I think that I have to add it in Arclite: Header (header.php) but just not sure where to put it on this page. I would be really grateful if somebody could help me with this.
Thanks!!!

You could post it as a sidebar element, then they would
see that you are on Google+.
just not sure where to put it on this page
It really depends on where you want it to be on your page.
As suggested above, sidebars are good for that kind of thing, but the header or footer could work too.

The instructions that google give are "Copy and paste the code snippet provided to the Copy and paste the code snippet provided to the <head> tag of your website" - so what I need to know is what/where is the the <head> tag of my website.
