   cant login .

   display "please log in again"

   install new or upgrade , admin login error
   try several times...

   I tried on my local host :

   http://localhost:8080/wordpress/

   i think it is a bug for IE autotforwarding.
   firefox is ok !!!

   Just clear your cookies and you'll be able to log in again.
