    I can’t really provide any help without seeing the broken slideshow on your website, as the slideshow may not show for many reasons.

    A common reason for failure is that the page is cached some kind of caching plugin. W3 Total Cache, for instance, saves the state of the page so it loads faster, but this may cause problems after an update to the slideshow plugin. If you have such a plugin, clearing the caching plugin’s cache after updating sometimes solves the problem.
