Variable/different rate per kilo?

Thanks for taking over Andy’s work and incorporating Pozhonk’s excellent contribution too.

Was wondering if this plugin supported variable shipping rates?

In the sense that, up to a certain kg, it is flat rate. Then beyond its on a per kilo basis?
