var message in header area on page load

When I activate the plugin I get a message in the header regarding multiple conditions and it mentions your plugin. I was hoping this was going to be fixed in the last update. Can you tell me if you have seen this before and if there is a way to address it. The site is not live yet so there is not a url to direct you to.
