   I just activated a new template and checked to see whether it is a valid XHTML template.

   here's what http://validator.w3.org/ says:

   "I got the following unexpected response when trying to retrieve <http://www.mydomain.com/index.html>:

   404 Not Found"

   I clicked on the index.html link it's working fine. any way i can fix this problem? thanks!

   Your blog should NOT be index.html - normally it is index.php. But without a link we are just guessing here, which is useless.
