   using get_calender(2) in the latest nightly shows 3 letters, i didnt test anything else but 1 works correctly

   Also should wp_loginout() be part of an unordered list? it's just kind of confusing when wp_register() is and loginout isnt

   The meaning of that argument has changed. 1 means, give me initial. Anything else means, gave me an abbreviation. This was done because substring operations are not i18n friendly.
