My website is already coded using several different types of things and I'd really rather not learn how to code WP themes and change all of my 200+ pages. A friend told me that it is possible to use JUST the blog without all the coding... but doesn't know how to do this.
1. Is it possible?
2. How can I do this?

^ I read on some more and it's not what I'm looking for. I DON'T want to use themes full stop.
