using wordpress to create a lynda.com style e-learning course

Does anyone know of how I can use wordpress to create a lynda.com style e-learning course?

What I mean by that is there a way to have users register, and to track their progression of watching instructional videos, or to restrict certain instructional videos until they finish a previous instructional video?

Basically exactly what lynda.com does or the khan academy?
