Is it possible to force pages and custom posts to use the same URL structure as normal posts?
For instance setting the permalink to /%year%/%postname%/ and having my latest about page at /2011/about instead of just /about

When you publish a page just below the title there will be a little button that say's edit that enables you to change your permalink on a per-page/post basis, you can try
