When I try to use the image uploader to put an image in a post..this is the message I get. I'm a total newbie to blogging and WP. What do I need to do to fix this problem?
Unable to create directory /home/mikki/public_html/mikki-n-me/blog/wp-content/uploads. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

P.S. I am using IE 6 and the WP was an auto install from my C-panel/fantastico on my webserver

I am new at this, but I received the same message and just changed the permissions of the uploads folder to 777 and fixed the problem.
