Is there a way to keep & ina text widget? Everytime I insert ad code into a text widget, when I go back, all &: are back to plain &. This of course is not XHTML transitional. Here is a sample code. What am I doing wrong?
'<!--Know Your Destinations<img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=yourcruiyourw-20&l=ur2&o=1" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" />-->'
Thanks in advance for any help

Here is the code in question. Sorry about using wrong marks to negate code.
<a href="http://www.amazon.com/gp/search?ie=UTF8&keywords=cruise%2C%20cruises%2C%20cruise%20travel%2C%20&tag=yourcruiyourw-20&index=books&linkCode=ur2&camp=1789&creative=9325">Learn How To Cruise</a><img src="http://www.assoc-amazon.com/e/ir?t=yourcruiyourw-20&l=ur2&o=1" width="1" height="1" border="0" alt="" style="border:none !important; margin:0px !important;" />
How do you keep the & as & in widget etxt is the question.
Your second code posts fine in my text widget, has a good link and on reopening the $amp; are still correct.
Perhaps your changes are not being saved.

Actually the problem is when the & is in a URL. It won't validate transitonally when i use these for my ads
