Using tags on homepage for filtering posts

    I am creating a multi-lingual site which displays static content on the front page along with excerpts of posts. Which posts are listed on this page are controlled using tags. For example: Post A is assigned the tag “home” which means it is displayed in a certain place on the homepage. This works fine, as does the translation of the page. The issue I am having is that the tag “home” will display on both languages.

    I have been unable to find a way with the plugin to define tags by current language. Is this at all possible?
