    Hi folks. I am developing a site that uses WP as a CMS, and I was wondering if the <!--more--> tag could be used to split the content into multiple loops.

    If I write a page like this:

    This text should appear in the FIRST loop. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Quisque vitae metus vel lectus gravida vulputate sed lobortis neque. Quisque ultricies egestas dui nec consectetur.

    <!--more--> ----------------------------------------------------

    This text should appear in the SECOND loop. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Quisque vitae metus vel lectus gravida vulputate sed lobortis neque. Quisque ultricies egestas dui nec consectetur.

    <!--more--> ----------------------------------------------------

    This text should appear in the THIRD loop. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Quisque vitae metus vel lectus gravida vulputate sed lobortis neque. Quisque ultricies egestas dui nec consectetur.

    - can I then split each section into its own loop based on the <!--more--> tags, and choose which portion of the text (first, second or third) I want to output, and where it goes? Like if I want the first portion of the text (loop #1) at the top of the page, the second (loop #2) at the middle, and the third (loop #3) at the bottom?

    Thanks in advance :)

    I think what you want is the 'nextpage' Page-Link tag.
