I'm using the normal wordpress url: http://www.mazon-izun.com/?page_id=2
is there an option to use in just one page its Slug for example:
http://www.mazon-izun.com/likut
using slug in the URL just in one page (2 posts)

No - pretty permalinks are global. It's all or nothing.
