Using Premium Theme from wordpress.com to my site

I want to use this theme, http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/inspiration-laboratory/, in my site, but the problem is it asks me to which wordpress.com blog i want the theme activated. I searched for the title in .org themes but it did not appear.
