I am using a customised version of the lovely ORANGE SKY theme on my site

I have 3 simple queries:
1-Can I use Orange Sky for my photoblog which is powered by Plogger?

If so, how do I go about this
2-I am totally new to PHP and want to alter the links in my header.php file so that they link to the english version of the site http://www.laloka.com/english and the above mentioned photoblog
I tried altering this part of the header.php page but to no avail:

REST OF QUESTION:
What do I need to change where for this to work?
3- I would like to alter the fact that when you browse my blog via the archives you cannot see the images contained in each entry. What do I change where for this purpose?Please advise!
