[resolved] Using Optional Excerpts (4 posts)

    Hi Everyone,

I'm working on a new blog, and I keep coming up with new ideas for it. Right now, I'm using a Page as a static front page and the Blog is on a Page named "Blog".

    See it here: http://www.realauctionincome.com

What I'd like to do is add excerpts from the blog right underneath the introduction on the front page... just maybe 5 blog post excerpts. I know I can use Optional Excerpts, but I just don't know exactly how to do it the way I want it done.

Will I have to make another Page Template? Any help would be great.

    Thanks

    moshu,

Thanks so much! Exactly what I needed.

Now I have a stupid question. I've got everything the way I want it:

But, I don't want the excerpt title to have that space between it and the excerpt. I've tried going into the CSS, but I just can't make it go way.

Regardless, thanks a lot. Exactly what I needed.
