[resolved] Using non-Wordpress homepage to front site (7 posts)

    I've discovered the theme I am using (Hatch) doesn't function correctly with static home page set. The design is simple and clean and relatively easy to replicate in HTML. Can I create my own homepaage and link it through to the WordPress pages that I created using this theme?

    If so, where do I set that own-created page to be my homepage in the admin panel? I tried creating a page, uploading to my host via ftp and then navigating to it but it always defaults to the WordPress home. Any help appreciated.

    You do that in Settings-> Reading-> Posts Page.

    Errr... Actually, your homepage is set in Settings-> Reading-> Front page. Sorry...
