Using Nightlies

I’ve tested out the 1.5 nightly build, and it is truly beautiful. A much better improvement over wordpress 1.2 (even though wordpress was my favorite anyway). I’m wondering, if I use the nightlies, and then 1.5 comes out, can i simply upload the wordpress 1.5 files over my existing 1.5 nightly files? And will I lose information due to changes in the db structure? Will there be a tool to convert my current db structure to a new one if there is a change between now and 1.5 final?
